CA Traffic Engineer Exam vs. PTOE Exam

Hello - I'm new to this board and had some questions about the California TE Exam. I took and passed the PTOE a few years ago. Has anyone taken both the TE and PTOE and could comment on the differences in the test and exam prep needed? I haven't found any TE specific review materials, other than the reference list provided by PELS. I see that there are a couple of online prep courses offered by UCLA and Berkeley. I have the PTOE Refresher Manual published by ITE. Thanks in advance for your help!
