I have gone through the structural portion of the CERM once, including most examples and a couple of problems from each of those chapters from the companion practice book. I plan to review the breadth topics for the next one month. In the remaining two weeks (taking out a week for seismic) after that, I plan to return to the structural depth portion. I have a feeling that I started my preparation later that I should have and there will be some topics that I will not be able to review to the level of my satisfaction.
How can I effectively review the structural portion in two weeks including topics like timber that were not covered in CERM?
The CERM has a lot of concrete code provisions in the text itself. Did you find it more efficient to use those code provisions on the test rather than look up the ACI-318?
