I'm considering attending a class offered by UW-Madison on chilled water plant design. Does anyone have any experience with continuing education engineering courses at UW-Madison? does anyone know of any other universities that offer a similar suite of programs?

^I've taken a few of their electrical courses and I think they're pretty good.

Took an electrical course a long time ago.  Remember it as fairly decent and practical (I hate classes that are too theory-based).   Madison campus is also a nice place to be, when the weather is warm(er).  :)

Wow, way to revive an almost 5-year old thread!  LOL
