V-notch equation

Recommended Posts

The NCEES 2011 sample question #512 is a gimme question because it's 90 degrees, in the CERM it straight up says Q=2.5*H^2.5. If theta is some other value, then without correcting it, the All-in-one is going to cost us this point. The equation should include tan(theta/2), not tan(2*theta). I checked my book against the latest errata and this wasn't on there. See all-in-one pg. 517 and CERM pg 19-12.
