I ordered my NJ Seal from http://www.engineerseals.com/ (a recommendation from this board)
(They are actually A-Plus Printing in Texas).
They shipped it same day. I figured I might also want the .JPG graphic file of the stamp (electronic, although not currently accepted in NJ), and that was emailed back to me same day.
I thought prices were fair and they were very responsive.
