Application Question (Section 25, 5 most recent courses of study)

Hello all, I'm finally getting around to submitting my PE application to take the Civil test in Massachusetts. I have a question about how to handle Section 25, the 5 most recent academic or non-academic courses of study following most recent degree. I've only taken a few courses that offer CEU's/PDH's but have attended numerous conferences, workshops and seminars. They are asking for a certificate of completion (which seems to only be provided when you are getting CEU's/PDH's) or evidence that the courses were successfully completed. I was wondering how people handled this, what courses you used and what you used as "evidence". Thanks so much! Amie

Also, I specifically remember they had certificates for one of the courses that I took which offered PDH's however, I think they only gave them to the PE's...
