I believe that there are many experienced engineers qualified for PE exams "forgot" to take their FE exams and want to take PE exam immediately after FE exams. Taking so long for a machine to grade those standard single choice test papers is puzzling me considering those statistics software can sort out normal distribution results in no time.
If NCEEs could release FE results before state PE exam application deadlines, it would make some people a little bit easier. That would be logical sequence if you ask me.
