In depth,do they ask questions related to Spiral Curve.

Most of states DOT no longer use Spiral Curve.

 
just because many states no longer use them doesn't mean they aren't fair game for an exam question.

If it's not in the test plan, don't bother studying for it unless you're proficient in the other topics and have extra time to study additional material.
