  1. Hello all. I figured we needed a thread so we can spread the word about results. Good luck! Has anyone seen their license login checklist change at all yet?
  2. I live in NJ and I recently passed FE exam. I already have 4 years experience working for a PE and I thought if I could apply to take PE exam without applying for EIT certification. When I see the NJ PE application, there is a question "Do you currently hold a New Jersey Engineer-in-Training certificate? Yes or No". NJ only asks for the Proof of passing FE to be sent along with the application. So I am just wondering if I should directly apply for approval to sit for the PE exam without getting an EIT. Does anyone have any experience/thoughts on this situation? Is EIT certificate really required to sit for PE exam?
  3. Hello, I am working on my application to take the PE Exam in October 2014 in New Jersey. I have a Master's Degree plus 4 years of experience, but my EIT is from Georgia. The website for NJ indicates that there is a form that the Georgia board needs to fill out, but it doesn't give any details about the form. Here are my questions: - Does the form need to be submitted before I can send in my application? - Will they send me the form after I submit my application? There is a link on the website but when you click on it, it says "page not found". - Do they send it directly to the state board or am I responsible for that? I have all of the other pieces of my application ready, but this is driving me crazy! Thanks.
  4. Third time taking the exam. Been solving nothing but NCEES problems and the green Goswami book. I think I have done about 300 problems thus far. Anyone else?
  5. Hello, I am looking for a study partner in the Central NJ area to plan and study for the exam. If interested shoot me back with a reply to this post and we can share our contact information. Thanks.
  6. I took the October 2011 FE exam in New Jersey. I was informed by all of my friends in NJ that they received their results last night. But I checked this morning and didn't get my result yet. I contacted the NCEES this morning and they informed me that my result in particular was sent to the NJ State Board for further review. I asked them why? And they said "that is all of the information we can provide to you", and that I need to contact the NJ State Board and they will explain everything to me. So I contacted the NJ State Board, and they said "All of the results sent by NCEES are either Pass or Fail", and that the NCEES should have sent me my result as Pass or Fail. This is ridiculous. Can someone please explain to me why the NCEES put my exam result on hold? Scoring error? Borderline pass-fail? Verification error? They had 8 weeks to grade my exam.
