  1. All of the above and a definite on the pool alarm and pool fence. Anything you can think of to prevent a tragedy. Little boys are extremely curious and resourceful. The fence should also mitigate some of the homeowners insurance. A lot of people make the mistake of forgoing the safety measures in the winter. A semi frozen pool is even more dangerous.
  2. I had the 4.0 and the best I could get was 14 mpg with 31 inch tires.
  3. The YJ Jeeps were 87-95. All the parts are interchangeable. Personally I think they are the best ones. Plenty of parts still available at good prices. Plus, like you said they are very easy to work on. I had an 88. Loved that jeep but the 14 miles per gallon sucked when I had a 50 mile commute. Sold it and bought a Corrola for the gas mileage.
  4. Trolling at its finest... it's scary how easy it is to do this.
  5. Like always in late to the party, Happy belated birthday!
  6. I unequivocally believe sometimes circumstances occur that are more than just random chance or coincidence. To put it simply, sometimes "fate" smiles upon us and sometimes she kicks us in the balls. I believe that there are occasions when her charity or perceived wrath happen for a reason. To push us in a particular direction. A discussion of the events that have lead me to this conclusion would be pointless since most of us are strangers to one another and it would be easy for you to just discount them to the ramblings of just another internet philosopher preaching his version of truth. So as not to enter a metaphysical or philosophical debate, I will just say that during the course of my life I have experienced things that defy traditional scientific explanation or understanding and said experiences brought me to the conclusion that yes, sometimes there is a reason why that particular event occurred. That being said one of my favorite quotes is "luck favors the prepared."
  7. I like that but without a like button I can't make it official.
  8. I thought it was hilarious because I've actually heard guys at my old job having a similar argument. Personally I like both so I guess I could find it funny without being offended.
  9. Pics or it didn't happen? Well it's a little late for pics of that bottle but it's twin is ready to do some typing next weekend...
  10. Duty free shops are great. ?
  11. The better the scotch the more likely that is to happen.
  12. Speaking of sexy outfits who's the pretty girl in all your pics?
  13. The game is I impress you with my magical psychic abilities. But first I need a.volunteer from the audience. Mr Demo can I borrow your phone and go through all your personal stuff?
  14. That's why there isn't a politics section. You don't want to troll around here. The ban hammer is swift. I'm in a mood and have an idea for some excitement...
  15. Working? Sorry to hear that. I've seen it. It just didn't click. Probably the Jonny Walker.
  16. I don't know about you but I'm enjoying some Johnny Walker Blue.
  17. Ahh I get it now. You had me worried.
  18. Lmao. I don't even know what to say to that except I guess I'm not the only one sipping the good stuff tonight.
  19. That would have to be the last item on the list just in case it kills you.
  20. What could be more epic than Everest? Friend 1 - Did you hear Demo died? Freind 2 - Oh that's terrible! How did it happen? Friend 1 - Climbing Mt. Everest. I'll put you down for one ticket.
  21. I'll just drop this right here...
  22. I agree. Weather will be an unpredictable contributing factor. Especially since there is no way to really plan for it since it takes so long to get a permit. From what I understand you have to apply for it a year or two in advance. I'm sure when I'm done a month on a boat in the Caribbean will sound pretty damn good. I'll bring the rum.
  23. Everyone has bucket list items like skydiving or visiting a certain place or whatnot but what is your big ticket item? Mine is to climb Everest. Yes, I know it's insane. The permit from Nepal is 11k all by itself. Then around another 20-25k for everything else. Then there is the actual climb and the possibility of your body being forever frozen up there. (Google "green boots Everest") On the climb up you pass by bodies of people that didn't make it. I want to try it though. With great risk comes great reward. So what about the rest of you? Anything insane on your list?
  24. If that was a real thing I have a friend I would buy it for. He's a prepper.
