I can't find anywhere how to stop getting the forum update emails, and I can't make Outlook's filters work, so how do I cancel them? Thanks!

If you go into My Controls look on the left hand side menu. There will be a submenu that allows you to look at your Subscriptions. If you go to that new screen - there is a pull-down menu that gives you the option to unsubscribe.
