I emailed PCS this morning to find out when the Maryland PE results will be released and received the following response… occupy PCS anyone?



Good morning,

PCS is doing the reconciliation process and when this has been done, we will contact the board. The board will let PCS know if we can inform NCEES to release the results to your NCEES account. Reconciliation by PCS is being done as we speak, we expect them to be released sometime next week.

My opinion is that there is to much bureaucracy in the system. For me it's like in the Eastern Europe....just one word...bureaucracy

Same thing...I'm not frustrated because they didn't release them but I'm am beucase some states are doing their job wjile other I just really don't know what they are doing. What is so hard to approve some results. Really??? C'mon man!

No, nothing...I already spoke with them several times...however they said they will release VA today so who knows...maybe we'll get lucky...

I have tried not to call or write PCS or the DLLR. I have this fear that they add on hours to release time with each person bugging them just to spite us

Yea , tell me about it. Maybe everybody should contact them. In case you don't know the Board of MD will not work this Friday and next Monday. I'm assuming this Thursday will be also very...you know what I mean...so we only have 2-3days or next year I guess:)))

First of all, I know that the results haven't been released, thus, the reason for my email.
I wish I can you give him my name so he can check and tell me if I passed...lol
Lastly, I hope I don't have to print "them". I just want to print the letter, no diagnostics PLEASE as that will not be good news.

That's bu****...same answer I had last Monday...I think she is using the command copy-paste at least 50times a day about this.I'm frustrated because some people they just don't care at all.

In order to stay sane, I am wearing my "passed face". I have given up on NCEES and MDDLR. I am taking time off ncees.org to "care" for my heart.

Someone in the PA topic just said NCEES is having an IT issue with the diagnostic reports, so maybe that's what the hold up is too. They indicated they should have it fixed no later than tomorrow 12/20

Did they sound pretty confident in VA scores being released today? And by released were they referring to released to the NCEES to post online?

Okay, so a friend of mine spoke with both "someone who knew what was going on" at PCS (she claimed to be the coordinator with the states) and the MD board for PE Executive Director.

PCS is waiting for MD to send them registration numbers for the people who passed so they can give them to NCEES to post the results. PCS said whenever Maryland IT gets PCS the reg numbers they will let NCEES release results. MD said the states have to send PCS the registration numbers so that NCEES can include them in their response letters. When asked why the numbers weren't previously sent they responded that they were following a plan they developed. Both MD and PCS confirmed that the results were sent from PCS to MD on the 15th.

MD said the results will be released "sometime this week."

Maryland has not released the PE/FE exam grades for Oct. 2011. Once the board has released the grades you will receive an email from NCEES as well as an email from our test administer PCS with additional information based on your exam results.

The registration numbers story makes sense. When you get the results pdf on MyNCEES it has your registration number on it if you passed. At that point you can go on-line and pay the license fee as well as go ahead and order stamps. Would be nice if they could rush it up a bit though!

You're not the only one. Messages? From who? Board and PCS? Everyday same thing...becuase they are using copy-paste command.

Someone got a message from NY last evening saying the results should be released in 5-10 days. They lied. I am uncharacteristically optimistic about today and tomorrow for MD

I think someone should call or send a message to PCS to get a feel for how close they are to releasing. I have called & emailed couple of times and don't want to be labeled a nuisance.

Everytime I have called they put the blame on MD DLLR and say they are waiting on them and do not have the ability to provide an ETA. Everytime I call MD DLLR they say call PCS. Good thing I am not a robot, it would create an AWESOME feedback loop.
