Okay, can someone explain to me the discrepancy between the SMACNA 14-10E mitered el and the ASHRAE SR3-1 mitered el?
The loss coefficient tables are way off.

To answer your question, no i cant. But congrats on finding the discrepancy. Its good to know there are some HVAC engineers out there looking at that stuff (glad its not me).
