PDHLibrary.com offers the lowest priced Florida Laws and Rules course that I've found on the internet. They were offering the course as low as $19 this year but that was a special price. The current price is $29 which is still way lower than anyone else I've found even if coupons were used. The rest of their courses are also pretty cheap especially the laws and rules based courses. I took their laws and rules course for Florida and everything worked out fine. The one thing I would say is that their quizzes pop the questions up one by one so its better to fill out the quizes on paper first before you complete the quiz online.

I've actually taken courses a few times from them. I found their format pretty easy to navigate and their courses were pretty good for the money. I took the corrosion course and I thought it was really good.
