This is a long shot question, but does anyone else here use the pavement management soSucks!are MicroPAVER?

no we use cartegraph, havent heard of micropaver.

Isn't MicroPaver the soSucks!are developed by the Army?

I learned some MicroPaver as an undergrad, but only have real-world experience with CarteGraph. Like most soSucks!are choices, the concepts are the same. CarteGraph has a much better GUI, and is generally more user-friendly. Still, the effectiveness of a PMS still comes down to what you input and how you interpret its output.

The City of San Jose (San jose California) uses MicroPaver for DOT and Airport
