Does this mean things like this

are all forbidden in the exam? I have a coworker who took the exam in California in October and he had all his books tabbed as hell. Has the policy changed for April 2015? This really scares me
 
It's exactly as the rule says. You may use post-it notes and tags on your references. You are not allowed to bring pads of post-it notes with you to the exam. The ones attached to your references don't count.

 
The fact that this rule "scares you" scares me. I thought what NCEES states is pretty clear.... no sticky note pads by themselves, no flags by themselves...this goes along the lines of having nothing loose. The policy has not changed.

You may use sticky notes to tab your books.

I agree Wizard. Some of these PE exam questions are ridiculously obvious. I'm not trying to be insulting but as engineers we are expected be able to read and understand tech specs etc. so I'm not sure why there are so many questions that are clearly spelled out in the rules.

Sometimes anxiety needs a second set of eyes and logic to interpret the rules.

 
Studying? Ain't nobody got thyme fo dat. Some a$$hole hid plastic eggs with candy in them around the house. My daughter insisted on picked them all up.

We also have family coming over today so I have a to do list. Something about cleaning the ham and cooking the dog. Or some sh!t like that.

This non-believing family still does all the secular fun stuff for Easter - the Easter-Bunny, baskets, candy, egg-hunts, egg-dying, family get-togethers, etc. Same with Christmas. :)
