I also second CPESR www.civilpesurveyingreview.com Excellent lectures and practice exams very similar to what you find on the real thing in difficulty and format. I listened to the lectures whenever I had some free time. It would be great to grab a beer with him!

I would recommend Dr Mansour, His books are very concise and straight forward. His book is presented very well and he is very helpful, he also has free office hours.
