Education Required = Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ; Master’s degree preferred

Experience Required = 2-3 years working experience in technical sales of heat transfer equipment to Engineering,

Procurement & Construction (EPC) contractors

Position Description =

Summary

Take a leading role in successfully maintaining and developing new Engineering Contractor Business in the assigned sales

territory in support of the Company Sales Organization in their efforts to meet established bookings goals. Provide direction,

guidance and assistance to the Company Sales Team utilizing extensive heat transfer and thermodynamics know-how,

experience and application knowledge. Additionally ensure that Company is given every opportunity to meet the heat

transfer requirements of our EPC contractor customers by maintaining a continued presence and visibility in the marketplace

while at the same time aggressively pursuing new customers, exploring new markets, applications and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the sales effort associated with achieving Company’s bookings goals in North America for EPC

Engineering contracts by taking a leading role in retaining the current business development of new business.

Provide direction, guidance and assistance to the Company Sales Team and in particular the Houston EPC Contractor

Sales Group utilizing heat transfer and application experience in various markets including oil & Gas, refrigeration and

power generation.

Responsible for tracking the EPC bookings activity and reporting that activity on a monthly basis.

Manage the development of strategies to secure targeted opportunities in the EPC Contractor Market.

Develop, implement and lead a market development initiative for the introduction of Company’s products to potential

EPC customers.

Required Skills

Exceptional communication and organizational skills;

Ability to make critical design and technical recommendations;

Must have 2-3 years working experience in technical sales of heat transfer equipment to Engineering, Procurement &

Construction (EPC) contractors including the following experience:

Preparing and negotiating international contracts

Specification review and understanding

Application engineering relative to heat transfer equipment

Preparation and presentation of technical & commercial proposals

Hands on negotiation skills

Business and application development

Must have knowledge of commercially available heat exchanger sizing programs

Travel 30% of the year – Some travel will be international flights
