I passed FE exam and I have decided to take the PE Exam.

I have sent my papers to NCEES Record system for the Evaluation.

Now I am asking about the test centers outside USA that I can take the General Education exams

I know that NCEES approves some exams from CLEP.

Are there any test centers else NCEES accept?

 
Check NCEES International, find the list of countries then click on yours or the closest one to you to find testing location. The American University will be the one, I think.
