where can we get code books for code books for pe civil structural depth exam and CBC for seismic principles, and can we use the latest editions of code books than that mentioned in Design standard title.

search online for each reference: nds for wood, asce for asce7, aisc for steel manual, aci for concrete, etc etc.

I would try as best you can to get the version referenced by the NCEES, codes change in the slightest of ways and it is easy to overlook small changes that could affect your answer or the way you solve the problem. Luckily my company has most of them in the library, but I think JoeBoone covered the where part. Good luck.
