I was wondering if anyone had a pdf copy of the PCI Design Manual: Precast and Prestressed Concrete, 7th edition. I am taking the PE exam in April and have no need to purchase the book for $390 but if someone had a pdf copy or if someone knew of a website to purchase a pdf copy for cheaper, I would greatly appreciate that.
