[SIZE=10pt]The right candidate must have experience in preparing structural plans and details for residential and commercial buildings.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]Specific Job Duties Include:[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]1. Generating accurate structural drawings and details, based on architectural plans, structural engineer calculations, field data, or customer provided drawings.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]2. Creating drawings in accordance with the company's CAD standards and drawing templates.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]3. Capable of using applicable details for typical framing and foundation connections, or similar criteria.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATIONS:[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]A. 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD to generate structural plans and details.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]B. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, and familiarity with construction standards and terminology.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]C. Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with engineers, designers, and other internal personnel.[/SIZE]
