I know there is a significant change in FFS, but other than that is there any reason to have the 2010 edition? Can I get by with the 2000 edition for the exam?

Because im going to be broke after buying every new edition from the NCEES list...they just added thje Highway Safety Manual which is at least $350.

This is the ONE book, if only one, that you need to ensure you have the latest edition of. The alternative could be to have a book which covers the important chapters of HCM 2010. I think CERM14, the CERM Transpo Depth companion, and maybe Mansour include coverage of HCM 2010.

Mansour's book looks like it covers all the necessary Green Book and HCM stuff.
