Can one take CA Civil Sersmic/Survey out of California?

Can anyone tell me whether I am allowed to take these CA-specific exams in a Prometric testing center in Texas?

I know this is a stupid question but I do need a confirmation. Thanks in advance!

Yup. Imagine all the people just a few years ago that had to fly in to take these tests.

Yes, you can. You specify the test location with Prometric after the CA Board approves your application and authorizes you to take the test.

Prometric test registration is a cinch compared to the test.
