"greening" transportation design

I got sent this questionaire.. some of the questions were pretty funny (especially the ones about stormwater modeling)

Roads shuold be asphalt, trees should be cut down and thats the way it rolls...

The Purpose of this questionnaire is to generate a list of best practices that are used by Transportation Network Designers for “Greening” their projects. The results will be shared with individuals if they wish to be identified.
