If vegetarians think veggies are so much better than meat, then why are the gracery store freezers stocked with vegetarian bacon, and vegetarian burgers? They don't have carnivours' cauliflower made from meat.

It is brilliant, no doubt.
I don't agree with a vegetarian diet agenda.
But I do think it's healthier to eat less meat than people are accustomed to (like our ancestors), and that translates into a lot more food available for the rest of the world. (Anyone read that recent NAtional Geographic article on the world's food supply? Very eye-opening)
