So I am able to get my hands on the 2014 copy of the Civil PE Reference Manual however the 2014 Manual is out now but costs like $285 or some from PPI. I'm wondering if members here think I should stick to the 2014 manual or buy the the new manual? I figured I could try saving money this way since I'll be spending money buying other study material and books. Please let me know your thoughts.

You're saying you have a CERM 14th edition but you want to know if you should buy the CERM 15th edition?  My advice is always: if you don't own a CERM and need to first buy one, get the latest; if you already have one and it is within 3 or so editions old, keep it and go for it.  I passed with the 10th edition when the 13th was current.
