Do NEC questions expect you to use the <100A 60C termination rating limitation from 110.14(C)(1)?

Just want to confirm: on the test, if we're given a question that has a circuit &lt; 100A and given cable with 75 or 90 C rating, we're supposed to use the 60 C column in 310.15(B)16 for the cable ampacity, right?
