I created a Civil PE Exam questionaire... do you mind answering it?

I'm getting ready to take the Exam in April and have been getting of advice (both solicited and unscolicited).
So it had me thinking, what is everyone else's experience?

The survey should take less than 5 minutes and I would greatly appreciate the input.
After answering the questions (or skipping through them, if you like) - you should be able to see combined results.

Good questions.  A few suggestions:

There should be a title to the survey. 

100-500 study hours is way too large of a range.  I'd break it up by 100s, if not 50s.  And I'm pretty sure you can remove the 1000+ hours.

For this question (What was your most used resource during the test?), I think it needs to be separated out into AM and PM.  My answer for the AM would be CERM and my answer for the PM would be "Recommended Manuals" (by which I assume you mean the NCEES list of design standards)
