I've seen some people say they have IN but I don't have it. Anyone else from IN not have it?

I have not received it. I did get a phone call from someone who was on their third attempt who received an email from IN telling him he passed, but it is not on the NCEES account yet. The IN board said 2 business days for the turnaround so I am thinking today is the day.

Got the email and posted to NCEES, I passed Civil-Transportation first try.
